  • Access to video lectures, downloadable resources, and supplementary materials
  • Participation in course discussions and Q&A sessions
  • Certificate of completion upon successfully finishing course requirements

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses at any time, though existing students will retain access to purchased content.

4.3 Course Requirements

To successfully complete a course and receive certification, you must:

  • Complete all required modules and assignments
  • Achieve minimum passing scores on assessments (if applicable)
  • Comply with academic integrity standards

5. Payment Terms

5.3 Billing

5.4 Failed Payments

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend your course access until payment is received. Repeated payment failures may result in account termination.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINCONSULT ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of services
  • Any errors or omissions in course content
  • Any decisions made based on course information

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FinConsult Academy, its officers, directors, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of third parties

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
